What does Know, Provide, Guide and Protect look like?
1. Coaches KNOW their team
John 10:14 (NLT)
“I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me,”
Here, Jesus is talking about meaningful connection. God's primary focus is on recognizing and interact with His people. In the same way, the primary focus of our ministry leaders is to know those who make LaunchPoint their home. Belonging to the LaunchPoint family means you and your family are known and loved just as you are.

- When we connect we can be known and when we commit we can know others.
- Those who regularly engage in the life of the church have significantly more connection with Ministry Leaders who get to KNOW them personally.
- Knowing their people, allows a leader to know when they should step in and provide the support a person needs.
